The departing regiments will be the 7th and 8th cavalry and the 24th infantry while these arriving will be the 9th and 18th cavalry and the 27th infantry. The 4th, 27th, 33rd, 56th and 111th companies of const artillery vill augnant the coast artillery føross in the Islands,

The 8th cavalry will be the first to leave the Philippines, departing on the July transport. A month later, the 7th horse will go home while the September transport will take the 24th to the States.

The 15th savalry will be the first of the new regiments to reach here, arriving early in August to take the place of the 8th cavalry. Early in September will come the 9th cavalry te relieve the 7th while early in usteber the 27th infantry will be

here to take the place vagated by the 24th.
